Cancellation Policy
General Booking Guidelines: 1. Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or in person at the studio. 2. Payment: Full payment is required upon booking. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling: • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking will result in a credit towards a future booking. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will result in the loss of the booking price. • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking if done at least 24 hours in advance. 4. Cleanliness: Please leave the space as you found it and clean up after yourself. 5. Respect the Space: Be mindful of noise levels and studio equipment. Any damages caused will be charged to the responsible party.
